Da\u0148 z\u00a0nabyt\u00ed bude tedy 4% z\u00a03.225.000, tj. 129.000 K\u010d.Sm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota nemovitosti je opat\u0159en\u00edm, aby se nest\u00e1valo, \u017ee lid\u00e9 budou uv\u00e1d\u011bt na finan\u010dn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159ad\u011b da\u0148ov\u00e9 p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b prodej\u016f \u201ejako pod cenou\u201c, aby byla da\u0148 co nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.
